We have placed bright yellow registration forms at the entrance of the church. Please feel free to take a form, return it to the office or in the collection basket.
You can also complete the online Registration Form below.

We look forward to worshiping with you at St. Teresa of Avila.
Welcome Bags
Here at St. Teresa’s we have a tradition of presenting a small gift of appreciation, a Welcome Bag, to newly registered members.
Once you have completed the registration form (below) a member of our Welcoming Committee will make conatct with you.
The welcome Bag contains just a few simple things:
- A bottle of Holy Water that you may always live your Baptism
- A Candle that Christ may always be your light
- A Crucifix that you always remember the greatest gift you were ever given
- A bar of Chocolate that you may always remember you are a child of God
- And a Bible that you get to know Jesus
Welcome Bags are handed out monthly to newly registered members.
